How long do you think the 16 oz tub will last ~ using for body once a day  ~ not face.

It's all going to depend on how generously you use it.

 

Chaz shows how to 'dot' it on (for example dots of NIBT wrist to shoulder) before spreading it.

I 'dot' it, then spritz RTM on my arm, then spread the NIBT. 

 

I 'dot' NIBT and sunscreen together before spreading it too.
