What are the "odds"!  My Bella Indigo kit is out for delivery & it's my Birthday today..lol

My orders have been so crazy, I thought it was funny  I would actually get my favorite Wen item on this day!...

Wow World Traverl. That's great to know! I will always remember to order when Chaz is presenting.

It's my dream to travel to his salon and let him work on my hair! I know I would end up working with someone else, but that's good too.

@Tazluvr789a  If you request Chaz, then he will be the one who does your hair.  His other stylists are about half his price, but I find that he is well worth the extra money to have a one-on-one with the master! You get to ask all the questions you want and he answers with specifics just for you and your hair type. Where else could you get a captive audience with him? 

I consider my time in his chair as mental, emotional, and physical therapy. The salon is a very soothing place to go, even though there is a lot going on. They are all so very kind. And he is in person exactly as he is on TV. Very kind, gentle, great listening, understanding, and never judgmental or critical. And honest! My goodness, some of the questions I have asked, I never expected him to be so open and honest with me as a customer.

I have talked with the various assistants while they wash my hair or get me ready before sitting down with him. They all love working for and with him. I asked how they were able to get such a good team working with him; must get lots of applications. I was told that they don't advertise in the paper when a position is open; they recommend their friends. They know what type of people Chaz wants in his salon, so they seem to be the ones who bring the new employees to him.

@SurferWife I may have to return Kim's blouse.  It came carefully packaged with tissue, but I noticed that the fold marks don't come out. I did a quick rinse and spin, thinking that would take out the fold marks, but no. So this morning I did it again and put it in the dryer. All those very strong fold marks are still there.

I really don't want to iron this piece. I hate ironing and haven't purchased anything that needed ironing in probably 15 years! So, I will iron it one time and see if I can get those "permanent" fold marks out and then wear/wash again and see if they disappeared. If not, I may send it back.

Can anyone tell me what the new fall plum pear cc smells like? Is it strong, light, in between? Thanks!

Hi World Traveler:

What a lovely post you made.  I can't go to Chaz's LA salon but I can go to his NY one, when it opens.  I would think that Chaz is booked up well in advance.  Correct me if I'm wrong, after all you do go there, I don't.  His customer service people are amazing.  I get the red carpet treatment when I call with a question or if I email one.  I had a strong feeling Chaz is just how you're describing him when you're in his salon.  I can just tell. 

Anyway, I got the Botanical and put it in my hair this morning.  I will cleanse tomorrow morning.  I love the scent.  It kind of tones down quickly but my hair seems like it's doing a lovely job on it!  I can't wait to cleanse and see it then.  It smells like tea tree and peppermint, really nice and cooling feeling too but that passes and you're right.  It just dries down.  I never used anything like it before.  I am keeping this on auto delivery.

I haven't smelled either the Fall Plum Pear or the Winter Wild Berry, but a couple of Wenners described them on other threads in the WEN Forum.

@SurferWife  has her review of them on the WEN Gallons thread (Messages 38, 42, 48 & 52).

@geezerette  has her review of them on the WHAT A  SURPRISE! thread (Messages 10 & 15)...you may have to scroll down a bit to find this thread. Hope that helps
