My hair also is different colors depending on the brightness of the light.
I would love for my hair to go all white but it is what it is :smileyvery-happy:
I've never colored it. The blue hue from the BSI seemed to fade as it dried
@FleaMktQn I absolutely love your hair, the cut and the salt and pepper mix too! I think Indigo really enhances it!
@Tennessee Vol Many many thanks ![]()
Before WEN I had a very short pixie. If my hair got a little too long my scalp, especially the back of my head, would get itchy. I'd scratch my head & there would be black crud in my fingernails
and I shampooed everyday
My hair was also too unruly and frizzy to let it grow out.

@Spade Thank you for checking what the bottle says. I have read that on Facebook too.
Does it say anywhere on the bottle that redheads should not use it? Just trying to help out our redhead WEN friends who have questions about it.
I saw a redhead model (Kate?) during the presentations, so it must benefit them too.
Also, @77yangya, I know you are on Periscope a lot. Could you please ask Chaz DIRECTLY what he says about redheads using Indigo? I don't have an account, but when someone sends me a link, I am able to read/see what is going on with Periscope feeds.
My thinking is that his Customer Service would know for sure, but his salon reception area might not know as much as CS. But it would be best to get it from Chaz's mouth. ![]()
I see differing comments on Facebook and when "Chaz" answers about the redheads using Indigo, it isn't him personally; I believe it is his staff answering for him. I could be wrong on that.
If redheads cannot use it, or could not benefit from Indigo, I really think that Chaz would have made a point of saying that during the presentations of Indigo. He would have a disclaimer; he would not want people purchasing something when it would not benefit them (redheads).
Let us know what he says on Periscope. Thanks!

@Spade
Yes, Chaz said you’re not supposed to use it as a leave-in, but then in the same breath said he himself uses it as a leave-in. Just depends on the look you’re going for. It’s not permanent, so no harm in trying!

I just did my review for BST & BSI ![]()
By the way they are sold out again ![]()
After I hit the post button this message appeared..."Due to overwhelming response, your review may take up to 5 days to appear following submission, provided that it meets the QVC Community Standards. We appreciate your patience."

Thought I would post you what is on Chaz's website, as of four hours ago. I don't know who does the posts for him, but thought you would like to read what has been posted so far. First, here is what "Chaz" posted.
We are proud to announce the successful launch of our new Bella Spirit® Cleansing Conditioners, available now on @QVC and at chazdean.com. These universal formulas combine the properties of @ChazDean’s innovative, non-lathering Cleansing Conditioners with exclusive Herbal Botanical Waters (Lavender, Eucalyptus, Cucumber and Bamboo), 11-Amino Acids, Peptides, and antioxidant rich Four Tea Complex to help strengthen and protect your hair. Rice- and Quinoa-based, they are free of wheat, gluten, soy, nuts and menthol. Bella Spirit® Indigo Toning Cleansing Conditioner is a must-have that gives you the ability to treat and control unwanted warmth, brassiness or enhance and brighten cool tones.
Now I will show you the questions/responses so far, having deleted the names of the person who asked the questions. Notice that the answers have a "BB" afterwards. I believe that is the initials of the person who is responding for him. I could be wrong on that. Just a guess on my part.
What would this do for red hair?
Chaz Dean We wouldn't really recommend it. It's meant to control warmth, but when you are red, you want to be red (warm) so the Indigo would bring that down, which you wouldn't necessarily want. ~BB
I guess I misunderstood him on Saturday on QVC! I thought he said it would work for all hair colors. Mine on the UPS truck I will have to send it back to QVC. I guessing it's for yellowing of the hair.....which I don't have.
Chaz Dean It will make the color pop. While it will help yellowing hair, it is not just for that. ~BB
I hope it works for 90% white hair, no yellow just white because I ordered this set.
Chaz Dean It does. It works great for white hair. ~BB
Can you uses as a leave in too?
Chaz Dean No, do not use it as your leave-in. ~BB
But I can use as separate or remix together
Chaz Dean Even if you mix it with another formula, you don't want to use it as your leave-in. It's designed to be rinsed out. You can use the Bella Spirit or any other cleanser for your leave-in conditioner. ~BB
*I used it today for the first time and so far i don’t see a huge difference
In the tone but as with all the Wen CCs it left my hair looking beautiful!
Oh, oh, oh, I just saw a reply about something else, and the person using Chaz's name and photo on Facebook said they would "pass it on to Chaz," in response to a statement made by someone. So "BB" is responding for Chaz. @77yangya definitely need you to "talk" with Chaz on Periscope so we get a direct answer. ![]()

This is not me, but my hair looks the same way in color and cut.
Her name is Wendy something another I saw on TV.
So I should see a difference I’m thinking.

@woodyend Me too! That's very close to my color. I do have some blonde highlights now that I am using WEN. Before WEN it was just pure white. But there is now a warmth to my hair.

Hi. Just wanted to let you know that I'm seeing more questions & comments under the Bella Spirit post on Chaz's FB page than what you're seeing for some reason. There's one from BB about 3 hours ago saying this:
"We stand corrected. Chaz is the expert and if Chaz said it works for redheads and those are the expected results, then that's how it works. ~BB"
That was after what Chaz had said on the QVC presentations was mentioned to those answering on the FB page.
I don't know if this is where the confusion is coming from, but earlier on (maybe 2-3 weeks ago) when Chaz was talking about the Indigo on Periscope, he said that it would be good for all hair colors. He then said something like the one exception might be warm, copper redheads. He said those with the auburn tones and cool red tones it would be amazing for.
In a later Periscope, he said all colors would benefit. I think he ended up trying it on a redhead who had warmer tones & it worked well on her (it might have been his friend Teresa that he mentions sometimes?) I think he said it cooled down her yellow tones. Hopefully I'm not confusing the issue more. ![]()
