Dear QVC:

My orders are saying in process and the items ARE in stock.  Out of four or five items I've ordered, only one was shipped.  I do understand one is on wait list but what of the others?  Please, can you help?  Thank you!

@77yangya You'd probably get an answer faster if you posted this in the Customer Care forum. FWIW, one of my orders from Saturday is still in process!

@77yangya I just got an email from QVC that my order has been delayed, I don't know if it is the FFA/FTP RTM or the Bella Spirit Duo that is delayed or both. FYI I ordered 3 of the Bella Spirit Duo's and have received one.

@77yangya-Ok, this is what I have learned from CS - the Advanced Orders are shipping 9/22.

The "In Process" orders I have (of course Bella Spirit is one of them, lol) will ship probably early next week. CS said they are trying to process these orders as quickly as they can.

Hi everyone!  Thank you ALL for your posts.  I'm dying from the heat!  Whew!  Anyway, I was reading how to find out what happened to your orders and someone, someplace, said, ask on the forum, so....I did!  LOL!!!!  I just figured since I don't want to give sensitive information, they'd know it's linked to Wen but, that's okay.   I did call customer service yesterday and they said it's a question of availability.  It will go out on the 11th.  Imagine, the 11th!  UG!   LOL!!!   Just kidding.  So nice to see everyone trying to help me though.  It gave me a lift.  Thank you, everyone!  XXXOOO

Hi again, it's me!  It's so hot outside!  Anyway, I just got the email that my stuff will be delayed a couple of days and that they should ship out early next week.  I'm not sure when the email came in, I didn't check, but I was looking for something else and there they were, for each item too!  Thank you QVC!  Thank you, all my Wen girls on the boards.  It's nice to know you all tried to help me!!!  XXXXXXOOOOOO

Mine are all still in process, but that is not unusual for my orders.  I've just learned to live with it.  I received an order yesterday and I thought to myself, "hmmm...I wonder what I ordered?", because it was so long since I placed my order.  When I opened it, I remembered, "oh, yeah!  I forgot I ordered that!".  They're really cute!  Y'all should check them out.  You can admire your WEN hair at a normal range or up close!

Hi SurferWife!  I've done that too.  Something shows up on our doorstep and I think, what da heck is dis?  It's usually one of my Auto deliveries.  I have 613, Wen Men and Tea Tree, all CCs come to me a few months apart.  I don't keep track though.  I saw on Chaz's site that alot of peoples' orders are on a few day delay.  I think availability is the culprit.  It's okay.  They said my stuff should ship on the 11th.  I guess I can wait a few more days.  I see everyone love the new Indigo.  I ordered that too but I'm dying to try the new Apple NBT.  I'm on wait list for Hope NBT/EDP.  I have a feeling that one may not be back for a while.  I waited too long to order.  dum me!   LOL  Love your post!  Very cute.

I don't order from QVC much these days (last order was in March) but I was all up on the fall collection as usual.  There definitely was something awry with this last WEN weekend.  I got the delayed email like some others here.  This hasn't happened before.  Just a bit ago I got an email that ONE of my orders out of two shipped.  I don't live in a remote area.  Wow.

I am glad that things are starting to trickle in for folks.  Happy Wenning!
