What I meant to say is that they did let me know when these order went out.  Again...one went UPS the other two went UNI.  They didn't send me a tracking number.  I had to ask twice because the one time being unfamiliar with UNI the UNI site is just a mess so it was hard to navigate.  They then sent me hyper links now I can track. 

World Traveler, thank you for understanding.  My husband said next time just call if you're gonna place orders and make sure it goes out the right way and by the way OP, they were using FedEx not UPS.

Yes, this just happend, I placed the orders I think on the 14th of March.  I always had stellar treatment but the workers do what they're told and no I had no choice for shipping.  I thought it seemed a bit too low because FedEx was the currant way they did it and it was a bit high but I would get it in good time.  I think it's a logistics thing.  I mean this UNIUNI doesn't even give a delivery date.  Only ETA.  On a social media site it's loaded with complaints about this UNI.

UPDATE.....today is Sunday and I checked the status.  It said out for delivery and I got it.  The other order is lagging behind because like I said I ordered it after the one I got because of availability.

Now.  I think UNIUNI is just a learning curve and I think I may have jumped the gun and yes trust is hard to come by.  UNI was founded in 2019 I think and that's not very long.

I do believe if Chaz is using them and he is, they must be okay.  If I shook anyone up I apologize.  You can use UNIUNI with confidence.  It's gonna take getting used to.  They are global so they are what I would consider extremely full blown and the site is very busy.  You must read it carefully and I was lacking in this.  I'm so used to Fedex and UPS.  I had to teach myself how to use this new entity.

I'm hoping and pretty confident that the other package will reach me.    Now for the good news...I just got the new Southern Magnolia in the styling creme and although I already took a shower but put my hair up in a bonnet I raked a bit through my dry hair and WOW.  Smells fabulous and gave hydration and no weighting down.  Again....if I shook anyone up I'm sorry.

@77yangya  Hooray! So good to see the usual happy, positive, and pro-WEN person I have come to enjoy so much!

Also, I really appreciate you taking the time to get back to all of us about UNIUNI. And you are correct about "if Chaz is using them," then they must be okay.

@77yangya   Glad you got your items.  In todays world 9 days CA to NYC may now be the new normal.  I just received some from QVC Ontario, California to PA, 19 days, one was a Wen item.

Thank you....you guys are great for understanding.  Yes, it will take some time because I'm far from CA.  My other package is almost here so yeah, UNI is okay.
