I'm watching now and Kristin says again you can change your scent with auto delivery. and Chaz didn't correct her. Has anyone been able to confirm this?

Usually with auto delivery you do have the option to make a change on future shipments. I have a Philosophy auto delivery order and have changed the fragrance for my next shipment. So, my guess is WEN gallons offer the same option.

@Shellbell79 - I confirmed this question with Chaz on Periscope. It comes down to this - while they can't tell you not to change your scent on A/D, Chaz has requested we not do that as it screws up the production numbers for the second shipment and last year there was a problem with people not getting what they originally ordered.
So, it comes down to: just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
If you think you are going to change down the road, why not just order the other gallon at this time.

@Diva on The Q - Some different products on A/D can have the scent changed, but not all.
Since Chaz has products that need lead time to produce, and not all ingredients are available at all times, some may not get their second choice if they switch formulas.

This seems to be host specific this visit. I watched the shows and this host was the only one saying you could change scents on auto-delivery. I didn’t hear anyone else ever mention that once.
Speaking of hosts, I have to say what a pleasure it was watching Jill with Chaz last night. She was totally knowledgeable and she let Chaz explain his own products (without interruption) by asking him pertinent questions. No silliness, but she was able to talk about her own experiences and product recommendations. (She talked me into a couple more purchases that I had no intention of getting!) All that while remaining professional and having fun. I was really glad she got the two hour show. And Chaz seemed truly sad to have her leaving.
