Dry Oil Delay

Did anyone else get an email to say your auto delivery for Chaz's dry oil is being delayed?

My email said "Unfortunately, we're unable to ship your order as promised, and we're very sorry. We're working with the vendor to obtain stock. If we cannot obtain stock, we'll send another email to confirm our cancellation of your order."

I am so glad that I still have some left from my initial order. Guess this stuff is more popular than initially anticipated.

Hope it gets back in stock soon.

I didn't get the email but I'm stocked up pretty well. I learned from last time to get it while they last! LOL! I only need it after I blow dry. I just spritz it into hands, rub together, rake through and voila! Instant salon quality hair! I did see for quite some time that it's been on wait list. I believe it WILL come in though. We had that bad snow storm and our mail has been held up. We haven't had mail for days. The super market was not so good eeder! LOL!

I got the dry oil when it was first presented as an ODO. I got an email today that my 2nd shipment is in process I still have a full bottle but I love this stuff and use it every day, I don't want to be without

@JP_NYC @World Traveler Did you have the 613 or 319 on AD??? It seems that the 613 is harder to keep in stock I changed my AD to 319 cuz I wanted to try both and decide which I like better. Then I intend to double my last shipment.

Thanks for this thread! Missed any presentation on WEN's dry oil and the descriptions sound just like what I need. I have a choppy shag curly bob. Curly hair can get very dry.

Anyway, went ahead and ordered the dry oil (no scent) from Chaz' site, looking forward to using it! (Already have a lush collection of the scented oils, use on my skin/hands all the time, but don't like putting it on my hair—hard to get it even.)

@FleaMktQn I got the 613 on auto delivery. I didn't know you could change on auto delivery. Chaz has said many times about his cleansers that it really screws them up when we do that, so I don't even think about it. But maybe that is just the CC he was talking about; maybe it is okay to switch which one on his other products.

I really like the 613 because of the scent, so I would probably stay with it. I did check last night again, and I forgot that I got TWO sets of three bottles when he initially came out with it, as I really loved it when he tried it on me in the salon. So I definitely have enough to carry me thru.

I too use it every day, sometimes more than once. It really feels great on the face, neck, and chest.

I got the notification too and was going to ask if anyone else was in a panic. I hope it comes back in stock soon!

Hi World Traveler! I tried to change my second order one time, I forgot what it was, but it was in process and said no changes can be made at this time. I found, by alot of posters telling me, luckily, that you can edit it, so I did that and the choices are there. Just click on your choice and it then asks you to confirm this change and voila! WEE HEE!! I wanted all three winter NBTs so I got WWC on AD. The next one is due the end of January then the next one in March. So, okay, I already have the WWC, I just edited the January one to WVM and the March one to WRC. I had done the January one in WRC but then someone posted WVM was in, so I thought, hmmmm, now how do I work this, I KNOW! I just did the above so now I'll have all three. My problem in the past is when I see something offered, my brain goes tilt! I then order one time only. I learned, just like Chaz always tells us, always order AD because you can cancel but can't go back so now I always order AD. LOL! lesson learned!

Where are my manners! I hope everyone gets their dry oil. I'm sure it'll come back. I like to order things on easy pay but the dry oil is a low priced item so, not too bad. It had been on wait list quite a while then it came back and now it's on wait list again. When it comes back, I would sugges getting two of which ever one is desired, that way you get four bottles! I was at the doctor's today for routine check and was looking in the mirror at my Wen hair and not even listening to the doctor and thought, ut oh, hey dummy, get out of the mirror! LOL!
