I'm trying the dry oil for the first time & received it yesterday. I was working & didn't get to see the presentations & for some reason there wasn't video available. I read the reviews & the directions on the bottle but it doesn't answer my questions. Does anyone know know if, after spraying, do you work it into your hair (like run your fingers through it or twist the strands) or does it just sit on the top layer? When you spray your skin do you rub it in, or again, just let it sit on top of your face or body? I'd appreciate any direction as I'd like to use the product correctly. Thank you all!

@Chefgal411...I have wavy/curly hair and I prefer to use it on my dry hair and I scrunch it into my curls, it really helps bring out the definition. Hopefully, if you have straight hair one of our other WENers will give some straight-hair advice.

@Chefgal411 , Chaz sprayed it on models face and then pressed it into the skin.

There have been a lot of helpful posts already.

Type 'dry oil' into the Community forums and blogs search bar, just below your name & avatar above.

Dang it! I see this tbing is changing font sizes by itself again. Incompatibility w this website.sorry.

@Chefgal411 I love the dry oil. I have both 319 and 613 on AD. The way I use it: on my hair, after I diffuse dry it I spray a few spritz’s of the dry oil on it (mostly near my ends) and kinda scrunch it in. It add’s back shine and makes my ends, etc. look healthy - especially when I may have over-dried my hair. I also am very oily, and Chaz demonstrated how the dry oil actually makes for a good mattifier, while being good for your skin at the same time. It really keeps my skin looking matte longer and keeps the oil at bay a little longer too. As for using it on your body, Chaz demonstrates doing a few spritz’s and rubbing in. He also said to lock in more moisture, you can layer it with the NBT. There’s no wrong way to do it.  HTH!!

Yes, that's how I use it.  I was using it on wet hair and dry but now I prefer to use it on dry like SurferWife does.  Much better results.  My hair is wavy and really CAN get unruly in humid weather.  The dry oil seriously tames it but makes tons of body.  I spritz it into my hands, say...around..three full spritzes then rake through and take clumps of hair and just hold it in my palms, I don't twist.  For me, it IS a game changer.

Wow, you guys, THANKS! You all have addressed every question I have! I have straight hair but I think I understand now how to get the most from the product. I'm heading to the links now to see the demos.
I knew my Wen gals would give me the best advice! Thank you again! 💜💚💙
