What was insulting?  I watch him all the time and his presentations are pretty much routine. My response was due to one comment.  The topic of the post had nothing to do with the host, but was geared toward ordering.

@ANewHueI don't blame you.  They always encourage you to get the Q card so if they don't want to honor it, I'd dump it and use my regular credit card.  That's not fair to not give easy pay if it IS on easy pay.  Not fair!  Hey, unfair to local 12!  Remember that?  Just kidding.  Seriously though it really isn't fair.  I hope they fix that!  Let us know.

Thanks @x Hedge just saw this...I guess even the Wen forum is open territory.

Oh well, my thought stands. Chaz & the models could carry off a much more informative show.

*Usually when Chaz is on we all discuss the show, so I didn't know we should be limited to one topic, but someone else thought so...

I'm a little surprised myself as to how unwelcoming this bunch is.  and @x Hedge sorry that I have not lived up to your "expectations."  I feel like I've been parented.

@Susan-QVC. Thanks , but my order is not reflecting that.   I waited until Chaz was on air so he gets credit.  I planned on ordering additional items but that changed when the Q system was obviously down.  This is not the first time this has happened with WEN and it seems quite suspicious to me.

With the ODD hours for shows, minimum time, limited products, etc, I can't help but feel that Chaz is being pushed out.  SMH

I feel ya.  I use to buy tons of Wen.  I still do buy it from time to time.  I did notice more than usual hair fall almost immediately.  I come to this forum to discuss.  People just shut me down.  I used Wen exclusively for 3 years.  The hair fall did eventually slow.  Certain times of year you will have more than usual too.  I usually stay off this community forum until a possible new flavor comes out.  It's unwelcoming.  And you are right.  Repetitive.

I've given this thought, how Chaz is being pushed off too and I thought, maybe they see that when a new item hits the "air waves" even before the show, it may almost sell out and ipso fatso, LOL they feel the product sells itself, we make da doe and we can have more sellers on!  I may be completely wrong but that's my best shot!  LOL!!!  C'mon laugh!   LOL!!!!!!
