@course24 sorry I did no respond sooner. I never used CA CC for clarifying my hair. I just used the regular or seasonal CC right now, I reintroduced my hair hair to WEN agsin b/c got so frustrated using it but my hubby used it for about 10 cause he had dandruff so bad. We tried H & S and SB and never got better. Since using WEN TT CC his hsjr never had dandruff agsin and very soft and manageable. I am very consistent with it now,. I cleanse my hair once a week. Did you order the remoist? Do you use the treatment oils and give yourself a hair and scalp treatment? I use the oils every day and it is helping. From what you mention that your hair is dry try oils and use CC that us most moisturizing like FIG and POM. Do you blow dry your hair? I am sure other ladies will post suggestions as well.

@Stars78 How is the WEN kids on your hair? Always wonder but they never present it on hair like WEN men?

What are you trying to clarify?

The watermelon is my favorite kids scent. I bought a gallon in June. It makes my hair soft and manageable. I also use the detangler in watermelon, works like the RTM. It is similar to the BGT but without menthol. If you are interested in trying it. They usually have kids kits around Christmas time. When I first tried the kids there was a special with all 3 for $60 if I remember correctly.

Jaxsmom - I only would like to use a clarifying CC like CA to remove build ups from my scalp and hair once or twice a month. I thought this formula would be gentler than I used other brands like Bumble and Bumble Sunday since it seemed to strip my hair. I should not have used a shampoo in between my WEN, but I learned a lesson.
The thing is that, without knowing what on your scalp you want to remove it's impossible to know what you should do. None of the Wen CCs are going to remove silicone build up. If you're getting some sort of white build up then it could be an issue with method that needs to be changed.

Clarifying/Chelating my hair helps remove hard water buildup, styling product buildup, etc. When I use other hair care lines, clarifying helped "reset" my hair as over time my hair seemed to get "immune" to the product and I'd have to either change hair care lines or use a chelating shampoo every 6-8 weeks in order to maintain the same results as I achieved in the beginning of using the regimen.
Do you find over time you need to change formulas do to this happening?
I have the BGT remoist I plan to use tonight.
I blow dry my hair only 50% of the time, other wise air-dry.
I just ordered the 319 Oil, hasn't arrived yet.

@course24 The only time I used something like clarifying shampoo is when I relax my hair and use the neutralizing shampoo. Other than that I use just WEN. Since I just started reintroducing myself back to WEN, I may not be able to answer that question. @nikki48 will be able to answer this question but she has no power right now due to the storm. After that I use WEN. From what Chaz mention using WEN would get all out that out of your hair. Maybe instead for two cleanses, try a third one. I know yesterday I cleanse my hair with CC twice. I never used the 319 treatment oil but I used TT and Fig. I have been letting my hair air dry and then roll it up. I order the texturizing spray. Chaz mention you can use it as a setting lotion so interested in seeing how this turns out. I know from some of the posts that the wonderful ladies here change CC as their hair adapts and they may not need as much treatment base CC like 613. I just started to mix the CC which is fun. I mixed 613 with FVWP and my hair so far loves it. The RTM i just spray on my body like body spray. I used it in my hair but did not see much of a difference. I used the styling lotion which is not too drying on my hair and mix that with TT oil. I love my TT oil. Use it everyday and night. I wrap my hair and take it out and use styling lotion and oil and that is it. I finger comb it.

@course24, Sorry I couldnt respond sooner. I dont clarify my hair. I do however mix and switch up my Wen depending on my hair needs, scent mood or desired style. We did talk about hard water and the issues that can cause, in that conversation CA was brought up to help combat the hard water.
Yes, there are times my hair needs more care so I will do an oil and remoist treatment and then there are times my hair seems to "reject" 613 or 319, I simply switch them out (usually adding a rice formula in). CA isnt a part of my normal routine but TT is, that may take care of some of my water issues (well water) as well as the TT oil.
