Oh gosh @SurferWife  maybe it means not for "free"...I cannot imagine they wouldn't ship it...Maybe it is still a bit confusing also, different prices etc...

I would say call CS but I would be afraid they might not have the right answer yet either..

@quadmimi...oh, I tried to purchase it and got the "Unable to Ship" message.  I am so ****** right now!  I just posted on Customer Care and gave them a piece of my mind in the most ladylike manner I can muster up at this moment.

Shipping isn't listed as free in the magazine. I'm not sure why it's showing for free online right now. I already preordered and mine was free shipping, even though my print copy of the InsideQ shows 3 dollar shipping and handling. I'm not aware of any deals today where beauty items are shipping free. I have caught those before when preordering items. 

The exact wording in InsideQ is "Cannot ship to" 

I'm hoping it's a mistake in the magazine.

Wow, @SurferWife  that is not right...I hope they can answer your right away.

I wonder if you contacted Chaz at his CS if they would send the same deal out to you guys that for whatever reason are excluded?  They may not be aware of it, since what I have read, the Q makes the "deals"....It's not some strange new product, it makes no sense...

WOW, doesn't sound like they are really going to do much, but you sure are trying..

Yes I would call Chaz & maybe ask on FB, (I don't do FB) but I have heard folks suggest that, hopefully they can help you out...

Ok that just makes no sense. So what if they're using UPS ground in the continental US. It's not like it's the only method that Wen can be shipped. 

I know that some items I buy from Sephora say they must be shipped ground due to the ingredients but I don't see why with the CC alone. 

Does the salon ship free to Hawaii when you buy the minimum purchase?
