My "big deal" (I think) order of 2 32oz bottles of Fall Ginger Pumpkin CC were supposed to ship the second shipment of the a/d this last week, showed "in process" for one day, then I got the backorder notification.  Did anyone else who ordered that fall cc a/d back at the end of August get a backorder notice for their chosen formula, or is it just the FGP that's in short supply?

Yeah, no prob.  I've had that happen to me.  They'll tap Chaz's people on the shoulder and say....A!  We need some more Ginger Pumpkin over here!  LOL!

Seriously.  It's just stock availability.  They'll get more.  I would just give them a ring and oh, wait, not a ring, a ping, and tell them. 

It's not gonna be a problem.  It'll slow down receiving it but you'll get it.

Sorry to post twice.  Anyway, one of my TSVs' did that.  It was in 2019.  The TSV from last year where you get four 32s of your choice and one of my next shipments did that.  I got it though.  I forgot to tell you in my other post.  duh....sorry.

Thank you, @77yangya I hope you are right.  Given that FGP is one of the formulas that has been repeatedly threatened with discontinuation, I can't help but worry a little.  If Chaz had his factory stop making FGP and the Q is simply selling out what stock they have left, I may be out of luck.  I hope to hear from others who started a fall CC a/d when Chaz was on air at the end of August chime in to let me know what CC they ordered and whether it's in process or back-ordered also.

Hi, CamilleP.  No, I seriously don't think Chaz is discontinuing Ginger Pumpkin.  Someone asked him if he was discontinuing anything and he said no. 

If QVC is selling what's only left in stock then they would not have posted back order because back order means they will be getting more in and it'll just take a bit longer.  They would have posted sold out and sent you an email telling you that you can either be refunded or choose something else.

I would call them.  They'll check into it and tell you.  I would call for ya but they would not allow that.  LOL! 

Ginger Pumpkin is on QVC's site and IN stock.  They probably just don't have enough to fill alot of orders and sets, etc. so they need to get more in.

I got the auto delivery TSV in October but come to think of it, it does not include Ginger Pumpkin.  Hold on a second....A!  Wen girls!  Post if you got Ginger Pumpkin or if you didn't!!!!  There.  I just got my megapone and shouted out!  LOL.  Awwww.  I'm just kidding.  I'm sure it's not gone  Don't worry.  I'll wager a ton of money it's okay and that they just need more product. XO

Thank you, @77yangya .  I will let you know if my FGP ships.  I am glad you have heard Chaz say he isn't discontinuing  any more formulas, losing WVM, especially, would just break my heart.

Awwww.  You don't have to thank me.  I love helping.  I see tons of people love the Vanilla Mint one.  I love it too.  I call it, "Chocolate Mint" because my nose says Thin Mint Girl Scount Cookies.  I don't really smell any vanilla but it's a lovely scent and it makes my hair amazing.  I hope they get more product in ASAP so you can get yours. XO

Well @77yangya you were right, the Q finally shipped my FGP bottles.  Sadly, even though the original a/d plan was for four shipments, they cut it off at two and sent me an e-mail saying my plan was completed.  However, they sort of made up for it by inventing time travel, as follows:

Shipped on 12/13/2020  Estimated Delivery: 12/12/2020

OH!  I'm sorry that happened!  FGP is available on the Q but singly I guess but if they emailed you that the set is complete then it is.

Only if you want to, I would call and ask what the issue is that caused the cut off. 

If that's what it is then I guess the reason is moot.

Thanks, @77yangya .  I tried to re-order the a/d, but all the Fall formulas were listed as sold out in duo/a-d , so I can't get the good price that was offered at that time.  I need to look at inventory to see if I can get FGP singles on a/d, and then decide if I want to do that, or coast on my stash until June and get gallons of FGP as well as WVM and TT on a/d.  I think it's cheaper per ounce to get a gallon versus singletons.  As I remember, the duo autodelivery made it cheaper per ounce than the gallon price, but I'd have to go back in my order history, write down prices, then do the calculations.  I'm not inspired to do that right now, I haven't finished my second cup of coffee yet, and trying to configure this new laptop I had to buy is taking what little effort I feel like putting out right now.  I liked my old laptop, but it literally fell apart last Saturday, and it was only 3.5 years old!  If it was going to commit suicide, why didn't it do that *before* the Q had their HP TSV laptop?  Oh, yeah, that accursed Murphy fellow again......................
