Has anyone else had their auto delivery of three shampoos put on back order?

No, I haven't. But being placed on backorder means that the inventory QVC was originally advised of is incorrect. They will give the manufacturer two weeks to produce/obtain more.

And, maybe this is GOOD news as it would likely be very fresh stock

@SandGirl Could also mean that they have to switch to another warehouse on a different coast. I know most of my orders come from the west coast, Ontario, for Perricone and WEN. But when it is a TSV for WEN, I notice that many times it comes out of a warehouse on the east coast.
Not sure how all that works, but just know that when I called Customer Service one time and asked about backorders, that is what I was told, that the inventory QVC was originally told was available was incorrect. Therefore, they give the manufacturer two weeks to get more to them so the backorders can be fulfilled.
Many times QVC gets a bad rap for things that are out of their control.
And then there is the waitlist situation. That is when they are asking the vendor to supply QVC with more product because there is a demand for it from the viewers. The vendor may or may not have the ingredients/materials to make more.
