I don't usually do auto delivery because I change brands frequently. However I ordered a 32oz wen on auto delivery because it was free shipping. I got summer honey peach and am about out. But my next shipment isn't until 11/8 or around that date. And I don't really want summer honey peach in November. I though I could accelerate shipment and change flavors but I tried and the only thing I can do is change to. Did summer flavor. Honey peach is the only one u like but why can't I change to a fall scent? The prices are the same. I might just have to buy a small bottle for now. I only have 1-2 more cleanses left which will only cover this week! What's the point of auto delivery if it doesn't come in time?

If they let you change scents, it has to be one that was in the original order.  For example, if you received SHP first delivery, you may be able to change to SMC or SCLV. The only time the auto delivery's second shipment includes a current seasonal is in a TSV if that is specified.

I usually can speed up the auto delivery if I do so early enough.   I usually call customer service if I can't do it on my own.  And changing scents  even in same order isn't guaranteed.  They wouldn't let me change scents in the gallon 2 years ago, so I don't order gallons on auto delivery anymore.

I think the point of AD is that both sides of the equation can plan.  I understand that we all want the program to work for our exact needs, but then I think we can't always find the special prices.  But I like that we can skip shipments and still get another shot at the AD price once again in a few months.

I read about a subscription program on Amazon where they might change the price every time they send out an order and apparently they weren't giving advance warning of those price changes -  that's really advantage for only one party!

My biggest problem with all the AD's I do is that I have to be very careful not to build too big a cache of products.  That's what happened to me with WEN.  I kept seeing products I thought I just had to have and ordered.  I've been good to me for well over a year now and I bet I'll still find enough bottles here and there for another year!  Obviously, I didn't plan too well.

Sorry, Wenners, but I did not support Chaz over the week-end, but I will the very day I open my last bottle of any of the products I use.

I get what you say but the prices on the current seasonals are the same as my AD price.

I think it would be a little too much work if QVC had to add future seasonal formulas to the AD page just so you could select a formula from the next season.

I have the summer seasonal on AD as well and still plan on gettng mine next month. I'm still using SMC since I don't really care what season it is. I use whatever scent I'm in the mood for.

@MommaNJ629 you could also just store it until summer if that would work for you. That way, you get the good price, and you have it ready to roll when the summer hits!

@millieshops you have to know what will work best for you! Keeping a moderate stash is perfectly understandable. I have been sitting on my hands a bit this visit too.

@MommaNJ629, I do understand what you are saying.  However, I guess I'm one of those individuals, like @HSB1204, who is not governed by the season and loves to use whatever WEN 'scent / fragrance / flavor' strikes my fancy regardless of the season ... I use FGP (one of my favorites) in the summer and if I need a 'summer day' in winter I will use SMC while wearing my Iman flowered maxi.

Whatever you decide, I hope you enjoy your WENday.

How is QVC supposed to come up with a schedule for AD that will "come in time" for everyone? Some people have shorter hair and use less product. Some people, like me can easily go through 32oz in a month. And that's only cleansing 2x a week. Most of us have a lot of bottles in the shower, not just one. So it takes longer to finish an individual bottle. There is no perfect schedule so it "comes in time".

If you want the fall one, you could have ordered it a month ago when they were released.
