i can only say that as of late there seem to be more scammers there.
I ordered a tiny little moisturizer jar and when it arrived the label wasn’t the same as my original.
ebay covered me on this, which I claimed as “defective” and possibly a fake.
A good discussion of fake vs genuine on YouTube concerning detecting how an Urban Decay naked palette of eye shadow could be mistaken for the real thing helped me avoid that pitfall.
Yikes!! it never dawned on me they may not send me the bottle I saw in the photo!
There have been some label changes over the years and I ordered in part based on the bottle shown.
wow ... I'll bet others have done that, thinking they're going to get the product sold by WEN & QVC's websites, and been sent that Guthy Renker drek instead!

@FleaMktQn wrote:@x Hedge I have purchased many Wen items on ebay, and had good success. Real deals on oil, CC, SC, mousse and remoist. Just look at feedback, you can tell the good sellers. A power seller is usually a good way to go.
The first CC I ever bought was on ebay, I didn't know about QVC and I was not gonna buy thru GR and get into the auto delivery nightmare that a google search turned up. It was an ebay seller that alerted me about there being a difference in the GR and Chaz web site and QVC formulas.
I have sold on ebay, but not in a over a year.
@FleaMktQn I think I might have bought from your flea market WEN dealer if he sold on eBay.....Johnny something? I got great sealed WEN and philosophy. I think a raven might have told you about GR?😜
@Suebdoo I can't remember most of the dealer names but it was ravens parents that told me about GR I completely trust her & love her sense of humor
@FleaMktQn@Yep some good sellers out there!! I wish there was a way to trade into on here......My parents had booths at indoor flea markets here, and sold at the open air flea market for years. What a fun business for them! I did it for awhile too. oh how I love auctions , yard and estate sales! We could compare notes.....but I guarantee you have better pickings than we do here now. No auctions at all now
I agree @Suebdoo about sellers and it would be great to have a way to trade here...
And especially about what a fun business the flea market is. I mostly shop yard sales and an open air flea market that's 20 minutes from my home. There's nothing better than a Really GOOOOD yard sale I do have good picks here
My Sis & I have an indoor market where we rent out spaces by the month. Open every day, everyone has a dealer number and prices their stuff so they don't have to be there. Everything is entered into a computer and we pay out once a month. I have several spaces there and do very well, plus I work off my rent so i have no overhead, only work 3 or 4 days
I say it's a terminal disease, I'm gonna die with it but it won't kill me
Unless I get run over taking stuff to the truck
OH gosh @FleaMktQn We all want to live where you do! We don't have alot of good sales anymore where I live....I have gotten a few things from Ebay, but you just have to be careful.. A Wen trade/sale group would be fun!...thx for sharing your buisness you run

I've had good luck on ebay. A good seller will provide disclaimers if the photo is stock or something other than pictured. I've never gotten a GR item in place of Wen. The labels are clearly different.
I've dealt with Mc Johnny and picked up some great deals. All sealed with current dates, if applicable. He used to have a lot of cosmetic inventory. I believe he bought pallets from the Q. Picked up several sealed Wen items including 319 and 613 with the aluminum air tight seal.
When I've had an issue I contact the seller. One was a listed as "new" garment, that wasn't, the other a necklace that had missing pieces. Both times I was refunded in full.
I've had the pleasure of befriending several sellers and have an ongoing on line friendship. Like here, with all of us on the forum. It's nice. A couple sellers I've met on local pick ups. One, I bought a lot of Wen from, a delightful young woman.
I like to purchase during the ebuck promos. Extra purchase points that come back as cash to be applied to future purchases. I bought a new Linea leather jacket for pennies out of pocket with my ebucks. Another vintage suede was ten dollars and is an Anne Klein dupe, totally stunning. Lots of Linea, Cadoro jewelry and Wen have been my major purchsses. Oh, supplies for my pond have been a great savings too. So I am comfortable with ebay. Always ask questions. Good sellers respond and are happy to help. Now Amazon, I don't know who to buy from. It can be overwhelming (for me) shopping there. Books, I do fine with.

No, not me. My Wen comes from only two places QVC or Chaz.

Received my CA 12oz RTM today, and bidding countdown just closed on the 16oz duo of CA body cleansing cream and CA body lotion I bid on.
I feel confident about the RTM, vacuum seal is intact.
I won the CA duo for $15. bucks.
Mine was the only bid. This should also be sealed.
So, that's my introduction to looking for WEN deals on eBay.
I can't find the "feedback" (on the sellers) that was mentioned tho.

Congratulations @x Hedge! Welcome to Wen on ebay. Have you made other purchases there?
Are you using the mobile app or on the classic site? On the app look for sellers name. Click on it and you should see "about seller" click again and you'll see a feedback link. You know, I'll jump over and take a couple screen shots for you. BRB.

OK @x Hedge and anybody else that wants to know hoe to access a sellers feedback.
First 2 pics are from the classic site.
1. See sellers name at top of listing, click on numbers next to the name
2. This will bring you to their feedback page
Second two pics are from the mobile app
1. Scroll down to seller, click
2. This brings you to about seller, click on feedback.
There's other ways to get feedback also. One of these should get you there for starters. HTH's

@rochelleS - Thank You for posting that information. I'm so clueless about ebay it's pathetic. I have wanted to try purchasing some Wen but had no clue on where to start or even how.
