@JudyL Did you get a similar email? It goes on to list four places/dates in my state where this will occur. They are all dates that are during the week when I am working, so I won't be going.

 

Soon you’ll be receiving an invitation in the mail to join O.A.T. and Grand Circle for a very special gathering—Let’s Talk Travel: A Women’s Event. As one of our most loyal travelers, I wanted to give you the first opportunity to register for this event.

 

I hope you’ll join this exclusive, private luncheon, during which you’ll share a meal with your local team and participate in an interactive question and answer session where you and your fellow women travelers will help inform the decisions we make.

 

As always, we encourage you to invite your female friends who may also have feedback they would like to contribute (but keep in mind this event won’t provide an overview of our itineraries). Please don’t wait to reserve your seat—space is limited and will fill up fast.
