The length of the cruise is 11 days, but I have not looked at the time of the year yet. June/July is the best time for me to travel. What is the best time to travel to the Ukraine?

It's May, June, July, maybe August. Ukraine is very green, I'd say it's most picturesque in late May early June. Kiev's designated image symbol flowering tree - Kashtan (photo below). They bloom late May.

Of course, Ukraine in the Autumn is entire different story.... beautiful, but also rains more often.

Try to eat there on your land trips too, the food is so delicious! You see, such rich Ukrainian soil produces great tasting fruit, vegetables and meats.
