Any comments on using Kayak to book flights? TIA

@mare54, I would say it is telling that no one has any comments about using Kayak.  You might try googling to see what reports are available online.  LM

@mare54, you have to be so careful.  I googled the phone number for one of our big airlines in Canada.  Turns out I got a third party booking company.  They did not tell me who they were, just answered ‘Reservations’.  I only found out when I got the email with flight details.  I put Visa on notice of a possible dispute and had a bad week ensuring I got what I paid for.  What a nightmare.  Be careful!  Good luck.  LM

@LilysmomThere are scams all over the place. I felt safe on United's website. I worked for Continental in reservations before they were sold to United. Sure do miss that airline.  Such a fun job talking to so many interesting people! Some mean and bad, other's nice to talk to.

@mare54, yes, it’s awful with the scams.  You have to have eyes in the back of your head!  LM
