Mine arrived today too. I'm very pleased as well.

I got one set of the TSV and the Pasta set. The labels peeled off the pasta set perfectly. The labels on the dishes, specifically inside the mugs and bowls, made me insane!! Thankfully, as you said, the stuff that stuck did come off under warm water.

I ordered two sets of the Original and I love them. I even love how smooth they feel. I hated having to remove the stickers off each and every piece but they did come off easily under hot running water and a little scrubbing with my finger. They are made in Indonesia that's what each sticker said!

No, the replacements aren't free - they cost a few dollars along with shipping and handling, but it's worth it to always know you can have a complete set.

I jumped in and got 2 sets of the original even though I live alone. I prefer to run the dishwasher when it's full to save energy and water so 1 set would leave me in the lurch at times. I also jumped on the pasta bowl set because it's now at a featured price and who knows how long that will last. Thank God for easy pay. I splurged for the spoon rest, as well.

From what people are posting, these are durable and not prone to chipping. I've had problems with Temptations coffee travel mugs chipping so buying more of that would be stupid.

Yes, it's a lot of money, but my 40 year old set of dinnerware is down to a few pieces which have been added to so nothing really matches. I'll donate all my accumulated dinner ware, lunch set, and plenty of mismatches mugs to a local charity as well as the mismatched pasta bowls I've purchased so nothing goes to waste.

I can't wait for them to arrive. I've seen this pattern and wanted them over the years and now a big place setting as a TSV is too good to pass up.

Good for you. You will enjoy it. It's a beautiful pattern. I'm the same--just me and I always wait to run the dishwasher when full. I have more they 8 plates, etc. of the dishes I use. Enjoy your new dishes.

Received the Blue sets when I ordered the original. I realized that when I started taking out the plates. After the first 2, I checked the invoice.

The 2 plates I saw sturdy, but I want different patterns and both the blue ones were identical.

A call to Customer Service got me a rather disagreeable person who told me that I "ordered wrong". Possible, but very unlikely since I order very often and carefully. Anyway, she arranged to me to ship them back (pickup the next day) and wait for an exchange (new order she said since it was "my mistake", but she did offer me the $149 TSV price plus more shipping and handling charges). The "new order" is on wait list. Yuck.

Anyway, I'll be waiting for a while, but I was impressed by what I saw and felt. Can't wait for them to arrive. The "Customer Service" experience was unpleasant, to say the least.

Gee, I hope you will be able to get a set. I know they mentioned often during the presentation there would be no reorder on these. I have seen the set at a nice price at Macys recently. Not identical as the TSV set but it was the Lenox "Original" so nice to know they are out there too for purchase.
