Which port should I plug my Barnes & Noble NOOK into? Does it matter?

I understand the MEGA 8400 has two different ports to charge on, they said your phones should be plugged into the first port and tablets in the second port? I am wondering about my Barnes & Noble NOOK, which port do I need to use?
