Sorry to hear that.  Most folks tell us they get a least a year out of the support before they wear down.  We do have a lot of styles that come with a removable footbed, including today's TSV, so you can replace those if you need to with the replacment packs that are on qvc.com

Yes you could take the insoles out and that would make them roomier but they wont have the arch support then of course.  Hope things improve for you with the knee.

A question on the tall shaft boot.  I wear a 7.5 M Laura slipper.  I want to be able to wear heavier socks with the boot.  I ordered an 8 M.  Do you think that will work?

how can i tell if I need a medium or wide?  I've ordered a 9 in vionic sandals and have never ordered a closed toe vionic other than slippers 3 years ago.  Help  thanks

Gday.  Yes good call to go up to the 8 if you are wearing a thick sock.  Really hope they work for you as they're very nice boots.

Gday.  DO your slippers fit well or a bit loose?   The slippers fit more like the wides in this one so if they are a little roomy go for the medium and if they're just right go for the wide.
