I have about 8 silver chains that I bought many years ago when they were so "in".  Glad I kept them,  They are of hefty weight and cost MUCH less than you pay these days.  Same for my silver bracelets and earrings.

Just old fashioned looking not in a good way. The cost is ridiculous. It looks cheap to me.
