I took the plunge. It's a good deal, IMO. I got the Polka Dot.

Yippie! Hope you like it. I use mine for work and never had a dropped call. I on,y use it for work when I work from home. I can block my number before calling someone. I'm going to get the pink stripe and upgrade. The only thing I don't like about the lg tracfone is there's no keyboard. The TSV does. I'm also transferring my minutes.

I did it for the upgrade too. I didn't really need it yet, but I wanted the android.

The last TSV was my third trac fone and I love it. I've had trac fone for 5 years and it works really well for me.

I don't think the TSV has a keyboard?

It doesn't, but it does have a touch board. Lg you had to keep hitting the keys. Like if you wanted to spell/text the word cat, you had to hit the one button there times for c, once for a and another key twice for t.

I've got the LG and I don't do that. It's a normal touch board.

Hmmmm. I only get the normal touch board for texting. When I want to get on the net, I have to do multiple touch thing. It's a pain and it's time consuming.

Re: Tracfone problems anyone ?

I did all the steps and had no problems setting up the phone. At first I kept getting calls for someone who had the number previously, so I got a new number. Got message that the phone was set up , but every time I would try and make a call, got a message to buy more minutes. Called tracfone and they said they would take care of it. I tried to make a call, same thing. Customer service agents could not speak good English and could not fix problem. After a few weeks of calling customer service on another phone, I finally just gave up and returned it to QVC. Will never use tracfone.......

Re: Tracfone problems anyone ?

All you have to do is call the number for the minutes code and then get on line. It takes about two minutes. This is my second Tracfone and I love it. Best service I've ever had - no static or dropped calls ever. I DO NOT call their customer service as they don't speak English. There is an e-mail form on their web site and the few times I've had questions, I've used that and they answer promptly. Also, somewhere there is a number that you can call that doesn't get you overseas. I don't have it at this point, but that number goes to FL which is where they are based.

Re: Tracfone problems anyone ?

I have had a Tracfone for years but I have an old one. O bought the TSV and customer service at Tracfone did not do what QVC said they would about taking my minutes from my old phone. So I did get my old number but they cut off my old phone and it still had 611 minutes left on it. I called QVC and told them I would be sending it back. I also called Tracfone back and they told me in order to get my old phone back on they would have to sen me another SIM card. I was ready for vacation so my hubby had a cell phone but I didn't. I was very upset. When I got home from vacation the Sim card was here and today I had them to cut my old phone on but all of my numbers were gone. So now I have to put all my numbers back in. I don't think I will ever buy another thing from QVC. Lately everything I have gotten I have had to send back.
