I checked my zip code and it says no service.  1 mile away is a different zip code and service is available.  I have consumercellular now and they use ATT towers.  I would like to know if this phone will work in my area.  zip code is 38506.

I would call Tracfone before placing an order.  They should be the best source for knowing if service is available in your area. With all due respect to posted opinions, I would not order based on what anyone says on this forum unless they live in the same zip code as you do.

This  phone uses Verizon towers. It will not work were you live.

FYI - I also posted a similar question TWO times on the TracFone Chat (last night and this morning), but the question has not been addressed. They are not answering a lot of our questions.

Thanks for the suggestion, but FYI - I asked a similar question TWO times (last night and this morning) on the TracFone Chat and they have not  addressed it. It seems that they are not adequately answering some questions.
