TSV Nutri Ninja Recipes

Bob demonstrated two recipes that I would like to have. One was Caesar Dressing with coconut water, avocado. The other was the Citrus Margarita using whole fruit. Bob said they were either in the book or on the website. Can't find either of these either in the book or on their website. Any help would be much appreciated. It would be good if they actually told or published the recipes when doing a demonstration. Thank you.
