I am really loving this cookware set.  I am  mad because I  purchased T-Fal from BBB using their 20% coupon on top of store credit 4 months ago.

I am seriously thinking about taking the T-Fal back & ordering Circulon.

Re: TSV Circulon K-42765

[ Edited ]

I bought a small fry pan from somewhere else to try it out before I bought a whole set.  They have shallow ridges in the bottom and while the non-stick didn't peel or look otherwise damaged, it didn't stay non-stick for long.
Edited to add:  I gave the pans another look.  The pans don't appear to have the ridges, hard to tell, but it looks like the sheets do.

I'm not sure what you mean by "ridges" but the pans do have the circles in them.

@Mz iMac If I were buying cookware I'd buy mine with the white ceramic on the inside where my food goes.

I will never buy anymore with any type of coating inside.  Been there, done that and now of any of those that I have left, few have any portion of the coating inside.  Yeswill say that I obviously did not use the proper utensils to use with, but still to this day vendors of coated cookware tell you that metal is okay to use with them.  I don't get this - eventually the coating wears away (or we've eaten it and didn't know it!).

Months ago I found two perfect useful sized pans with the white ceramic inside - at BIG LOTS no less for $18.00!!!  My husband and I love these two go-tos.  Wish I had more of this brand but they come from Portugal.  I can't find the brand anywhere online either and Big Lots haven't had any others.  I could go with any brand with the ceramic finish and I will when I choose to buy any more pots or pans.

I have a set of Circulon that I bought nearly 20 years ago.  It has held up well.  I have no regrets.

@Mysterri

I have used non-stick cookware for eons.  To this day, I always spray a little Pam onto the frying pans before I cook in them.  Works like a charm!

@Lucky Duck

My T-Fal replaced my older T-Fal set that I have had for 20+ yrs.

Glad to know Circulon holds up just as long.

@Mz iMac Mine sure is!  Anything I fix in mine cooks evenly, no oil or spray needed, cooks Clean-up is a breeze too even if it's a tough recipe ie browning etc. Just a drop or two of Daw, hot water, it soaks while we're eating and I just wipe it out easily to spotlessness.

I love my two pans really, my go-to among my old cook's essentials (2 different kinds) and my few pieces of calphelon that I just 'knew' I had to have (on sale $99 years ago from kohls - turned out to be a really bad buy I think).

So yeah, I'd buy nothing else but a ceramic finish these days.  Thanks for asking.
