Re: Susan Graver TSV - January 19, 2023

I really tried hard to not comment on the above post.  Tried and failed LOL.   You can love, hate or be indifferent about the TSV.  But I can not tolerate throwing around the term "old lady" as a terrible insult.  As if being an old lady is a bad thing.  Be old and proud.  Call someone an old lady and we should think, thank you so much for the compliment.  What's wrong with our society!?!

I don't like unlined knit jackets.  This does seem pricey for no lining.

Same here....pricey for knit with no lining. Pass.

Not something I would wear anymore.  At one time I did.

Just can't see me getting any use out of it.  Seems a little dated to me.

It looks unshapely, to me.  The lab coat comment nailed it. It doesn't taper in at the waist at all.

Earlier today I posted that I thought the white blazer looked like a lab coat and it got deleted. No idea why.

I don't think it looks dated.  It's just basic, and the ladies wearing it do show some shape. Slim lapels look nice. As for overpirced, I looked on another major site and couldn't find anything like that for $70.

I'm retiredf and have no place to wear something like that.  I have other jackets that work just fine.

Hi,

I was annoyed with that comment, too.  There was a TSV blazer just last Fall.  Then I heard either Susan or Pat say it is the first TSV blazer in for Spring in 10 years.

I checked my prior orders and there was a TSV blazer back on 8/22/22 the LK Fusion Blazer and I bought the black printed blazer which I really like as well.  .

I watched the presentation online. It is an unstructured blazer. It will probably need to be dry cleaned to look good. If you wash and dry it, I imagine you need to press it ,otherwise it will look unkempt. The price is not enticing.

I tuned into QVC today and saw Susan Graver.  Haven't seen her in a long time and almost didn't recognize her.

The purple TSV blazer hangs poorly on Susan. A true blazer should have a vent to hang properly. I wear lots of blazers. I wouldn’t buy this. Plus for being unlined and a bit shapeless, it’s a bit overpriced. It should be priced more like $49.99.
