Re: SecureBrite TSV - December 4, 2025

[ Edited ]

I have similar ones from HSN and love them.

I think that complaints about the length of time a charge lasts relates to the brightness level used.

There is a range:  if the complainant leaves the lamp at the brightess level, the longevity of the charge will be at the low end.

When you see complaints like that you really need to know how the lamp was being used.

I have a pair of Home Reflections lanterns that you control and charge from the top (like these lamps Originally did) and the battery life is minimum.

Since these now have the ability to control and charge from the bottom it makes more sense they would have a much better battery life.

Thinking of getting a pair before the price goes up ! I’m guessing that tomorrow will be free shipping, so I suppose waiting till closer to midnight to order might work out. Some colors may be gone is all.

BTW I’ve seen touch lamps at Home Goods, etc and they always look kinda cheap to me. So much so that I don’t even consider buying them 🥴

@RescueLover  The touch lamps (identical to the TSV) that I bought at Home Goods are not cheap looking at all unless you think the TSV looks cheap too.

You can also find these rechargeable lamps (different brands) on Amazon. Good pricing and free shipping for prime.

These look really nice and seem to provide great light.  I wish they had a bronze color.  Still thinking about them though.....

Costco was selling something similiar.  i am assuming they still do.

i don't remember the price and i know they didn't have this color selection.

i think its great to charge with USb instead of battery operated.

i am not in the market for anything like this.

@Biftu

I’m guessing the brand you saw at your Home Goods was much nicer than the brand at my Home Goods then.

They don’t always carry the same items.

We have 2 Home Goods, 3 TJ Maxx stores and 2 Marshalls in our area.
