I was hoping for their Pro version that has updated features. I see the Q also has that version on sale, so I might get the Pro. I don't have one and I need this.

That one doesn’t include the indoor cam.

@TVLand The $49.99 Target version doesn't include the indoor camera in the TSV. However, Target does sell a $69.99 version with that extra camera, which is still less than the TSV.

QVC loves to package extra accessories with a TSV to justify jacking up the price.

If you don't buy the subscription, your features are reduced. There are three levels of subscriptions depending on which features you want. This was glossed over in the presentation and I am not sure it is covered on the order page.

What does a subscription provide?

@TVLand I think without a subscription, you can only see things live as they are happening, but you need a subscription to view videos of previous events and to be able to download and share those videos.

Re: Ring TSV - December 17, 2025

We have had the original Ring for years before all the newer upgraded versions and noticed these past few months that the same battery we use to charge maybe two or three times a year now needs to be charged monthly and since it's been very cold here the battery needs to be charged even more frequently.  My husband wants to get rid of it and look for a better security system.
