Recent Maldon Mills TSV?

I recently bought the Fleece sheets from Maldon Mills and have since bought the more expensive ones ( Maldon Mills) because the TSV's pockets were not deep enough, so I had to return them.

My question I am hoping someone can help me with is: When putting the fitted sheet on the bed do the seams go up the sides of the mattress or at the head and botton of the mattress? I have tried the sheet both ways but it does'nt seem to fit perfect either way.
