it has not been officially announced @Kachina624, but if we go by the past three years, it will definitely be in effect in OCTOBER and probably part of SEPTEMBER.

Last year it began on September 12th. In 2019 it began on September 21st. In 2018 it began on September 22nd.

guessing it ends around the 24th of december, which is a friday.

we have not been given the official date yet, but it will probably begin mid to late september.....as it has been historically. purchases will be able to be returned until january 31st.
