Hi, @scrapperlisa !  Since I got the Q card, that seems to be the only option for me to use when placing orders.  How do you switch between cards?  Sorry to be dense, but I never get the option to use my MasterCard.

in the checkout process there is the option to "edit payment method" or something like that. Click on it then choose which card you want to use

Hi, @smoochy !  When I hit edit easy pay, I get 3 choices: full price, 5 easy pays with Q card, and 5 easy pays no card specified, which when I've chosen that charges the Q card, too.

Am I just missing an option to edit payment method?  Thanks for the help!

You are NOT a dunce! That was a great question. Thank you @smoochy for helping her. I hate that QVC has that sneaky way of making your Qcard the default card, and makes it obnoxiously difficult and non-intuitive to change your payment method to a different card. I should be able to set the default to any card I want, but nooooo. QVC makes more money when you use your Qcard, so they force that to be your default card. I always change it to a different card that pays me cashback on purchases.
