I absolutely LUV my induction plates!  I have 3 of them and I use them at every holiday on the buffet table, not to mention almost every single day.  That is why induction cookware is important...choice.  Induction cookware you can use ANY type of heat whether it be gas, electric, oven, induction.  I have a  gas stove, electric oven....and my induction plate. I so wish this pan set was induction ready with maybe a grill pan with lid or press versus the multipot.  Thing is CE might come out with an induction set in the near future.  I will wait.
