Offer for the extra Kcups with the Keurig TSV

I'm just verifying as i actually sat down and read through the paperwork........ the offer to get 48 extra Kcup by mailing in a certificate...... is that the certificate in the booklet where you have to order 48 in order to get 48 free? I never heard that in the presentation that i listened to.... just that there woulc be a certificate to order 48 more free but not realizing i'd be buying 48 as well in order to get the free ones. I just want to be sure i'm not missing other paperwork.
