@Q4u Were these the Oct tsv that you purchased? Can you let us know what they look like? Skechers had a couple pr of faux fur lined in the last couple of years, are your new ones anything like those? I see that you bought the mauve, nice. What's the price point for these if you don't mind?

They're on the back page of the Insider. They have a roll down cuf and don't seem too tall. Suede with Faux-fur interior.

They're $58.80 TSV price with S & H $5.00. They have whole and half sizing to size 10 with 10 and 11 in whole only and it looks like they will have wides as well. Colors are Olive, Mauve, Chocolate and Chestnut, TSV wll be on October 14.

I haven't received them yet, due today or Monday....

Just got them today and will have to send them back. There is hardly any "fur" inside, certainly not what I was expecting. I can feel the ribbed sole on the bottom and that's not good for me. I wanted to turn down the top of the boot, mine do not allow that, the edges on one side of each boot stick out.

In addition to the occasional UGG I will buy (short boot)... I also buy Sam's Club's Suede and Sheepskin boots and for $29 (not a misprint), they are the closest to UGGs I have found. Thick sheepskin inside and decent suede outer. Also the soles are comfortable (I have knee problems).

So, unfortunately the Sketchers boots are the first Sketchers I've ever purchased that were not comfortable....

@Q4u Thanks for all of your info (both posts). Your buy at Sam's sound way better for 1/2 the pricetag, no surprise there.

I love the pn up girl undies. they are all I wear. I must have 15 pair. they never ride up on me. I am not a petite girl either. Size 14. They hold me in a bit in the stomach an smooth things out.

Throws - I love a good throw but it MUST be at least 50x70 otherwise it's pretty useless. My throws need to cover me nicely (and I'm not a big person at 5'4"). FOr as big a guy as DB you'd think his would be a really nice size but they're not.

I think Rhonda's lingerie items are quite lovely and in fact a while back I chose to try her bras but the cups are pre-formed and no padding in the ones I chose. So no more on her items.

Plaids not matching is just nightmare-ish! Makes me blind just looking at it.

@PINKdogWOOD, I happened to be in Walmart yesterday and was walking back to grab something and some throws caught my eye. They were 50x70 and were so, so soft. They were $8.88. I can't remember if they were WMs own brand or Better Homes & Gardens. I think I'm going to go back and grab one for that price.

@Lipstickdiva You can always find great buys in any category at walmart. Thanks for this heads-up! I'll check these out because I love to use a great throw and I always have one any season tossed over my sofa. It's there when I want to grab & cuddle!
