I placed an order for the Lug special value early in the morning of the day it was presented.  I noticed later that day that my order was not processed yet and then finally late that night, it showed up on my account.  Now tonight I get notice that it is back ordered!  My order should have been processed right away like usual instead of delaying it and causing it to now be back ordered.  Not happy at all!

@Kinz. Lug warehouses and ships their own items.  It seems like they're unable to manage their own business as there's always a crisis or fiasco with orders.  Perhaps some of the TSV has not yet arrived.

Some vendors ship from their own warehouse.  I believe Lug is one of them.  Your order says in process the next day that is normal.  QVC has no  control over orders not shipped from their warehouses.

Honestly, I don't understand the Lug hype. 

I have hte trolley bag (dark blue floral) for travel, but overall, I'm not a fan of hte prints and I think the bags look cheap

You don't have to understand the Lug hype. If the bags are not for you - they're not for you. Why do you need to understand why others like them?
