Thanks everybody for your comments. I got the green & silver. Since my DH passed away in January, I have not used my big deep fryer once. He was a french fry fiend. Now I can get rid of that big thing and put this in its spot on my counter.

So sorry for your loss @cowtownlady .  I'm sure your DH is looking down and guiding you from the Other Side.

I had this model for about 9 months.  I love how it cooks and the fact that you can see everything inside.  That's wonderful.

However, I didn't like having to take the top off and place it down on the counter.  Maneuvering the cord attached to the top when I took it off the glass dish & put it back on got aggravating.  I have my air fryer on small counter space.  So for me it became a nuisance.

That's just my personal situation though. Otherwise, I think  the HSN TS model is very nice.

I made the switch and bought the upgraded model Ninja Crispi Air Fryer Pro.  It has more features, and the glass dish slides out, the top never comes off. I absolutely love it!!

@Caaareful Shopper

I'm really glad you brought this up again, you have a really good point.

Sounds too cumbersome to have the cord attached to the top doesn't sound very good.

So glad you have tried both and have your recommendation.

Re: Ninja Crispi Air Fryer TS

🎉

The TS got me to finally open the box containing the Nunja Crispi that came with the new car (that sounds as weird as it is!) I got in December! Lol

im still not sure what an air fryer is or why I should use one but I'm definitely starting to see the cook, serve, store all in one container advantage. A few more specials from QVC & HSN and I might even try cooking in it! Lol

Then maybe we can start figuring out the fancy Yeti French press set I got from the work Christmas party!

Yes, I'm horrible. I don't want to be bothered taking the time to see what it is I've got.

What are yur thoughts on this HSN TS? I've got only a toaster oven with air fryer setting. This is tempting, but may be too much for my one person household. But would like the opinion of others on its value.

I have a full-size new LG oven that has a true convection oven. I've never used it. I just don't want to deal with it, even though it's automatic, and I wouldn't have to go in and scrub, at least not much. It has a cleaning feature. I still don't want to use it, and the air fryers are so big. This really got my attention because the part of the traditional air flyers that you have to clean is up inside the great and I've heard from people. It's a real pain.

So this one somehow seals in food, oils, etc., so they don't get into the air-frying part. You only have the bowl to clean, and there's a space between the underside of the bowl and the part that sits on a counter, so water goes through it, and it can go into the dishwasher. I thought about where to store it with three bowls, and realized I'll keep it in my oven!

I'm not sure if they still have it for sale; if it's gone by midnight, I'll look for it elsewhere.  Most of the time, it's just my husband and my grandchildren come over a few times a week. They love salmon, so it would be ideal.

No messing around with difficult parts to clean. Just pop it in the dishwasher and store it in my oven.

I'm glad I read your post because I would get aggravated as you did. I have hand and arm issues, so having the dish slide out is perfect. sounds fantastic.

Not that it's important, but I hope I can find a pro with gold trim.

Thanks for posting your review!

P.s

Did you buy the pro at Costco, or where do you think they have the best price?
