I have exhausted all options and hoping someone can help me.
1) Theproduct presentations said their was a special Arlo help number for HSN. That is not is any of the paperwork. Any idea what the number is?
2) The product came with a 4 month service policy. That is still on the website. I only got 30 days. Reading the HSN commets that seems to be a known problem. Any idea how to fix this.
HSN CS was not able to help me.

@free-spirit, apparently the only way to get phone help at Arlo is through the app.

@free-spirit. It's ridiculous HSN's cs can't help you. Call and insist on speaking to a supervisor.
