I totally understand how you feel. The color of an item is extremely important to me. I would work on getting it back in the box as best you can. (even if you can't get all the packing stuff--styrofoam back in the box. Use the QVC return label. I think you can call UPS or USPS (depending on which label you use) to pick it up and I don't think there is a charge. (at least not with post office) I would not keep something for that price that I didn't like. Maybe check the "exchange" box on the label and get the replacemen you want. (if you still want one) You would also not be charged return postage then. If you don't want a replacement, indicate you did not receive the color you ordered, so you should not be charged the return postage. If you don't like it now, you never will. Please yourself.

Definitely do a return if you can. This is something you want to work out on and not be turned off by! If you are attempting to exercise and then look at the bike and say, "Ugh, oh well," and say, "Maybe tomorrow," then return it. If they offer you a decent courtesy credit, well, then it's your call if you can live with the color. Price doesn't really matter anymore. If it is not what you ordered, this is their fault, not yours. It's not like they are going to re-sell it when you take it apart. That's the problem when you buy a large item online. How do you get it back in the box? i know I've returned stuff in the store to Costco, BedBath, and Staples in bags and gave them their box separately. No problem. I know the feeling of being disappointed by the wrong color or the wrong item completely! Not that it matters here, but for $1449, the new iPhone Max Pro which AT&T shows in a pretty camo green is actually an uglydull green gray (no offense if you own it in that color), but my daughter now despises her new iPhone she just received. She's so ready to send it back but it took days to set up and she's lost her patience to start over. She cannot get any credit for this. It's her fault, not Apple's or ATT.

I cannot even imagine someone would UPS would help you get something back in a box!

Maybe contact the manufacturer and see if they can just get you the parts that you need to change the color? Or try talking to QVC customer support to see if they have the vendor customer support line. If it was an echelon bike I bet if you reached out to them they might be able to just let you swap the parts for the correct color...

Thanks so much to everyone for the great advice and support. I've reached out to customer service to discuss options.
For those who asked: No I could not tell the color until everything was unpacked because the pieces were wrapped and I unwrapped the blue section last. Otherwise, of course I would not have taken everything out of the box. I live out in the country and just moved to this area so I don't have folks to invite over to help stuff it back in the box but maybe after some wine I might be able to duck tape it all in myself. LOL
Just getting it off my chest makes me feel better. I've had snafus with other orders over the years. For some reason, this one really got to me.
I appreciate all the comments and suggestions. Much better to "do" something than just whine. (But a little whining did make me feel better).

As others have said, shove it in a box and send it back. It is their fault and their expense.
I once walked into a store with a half-assembled ceiling fan. The assemble was half completed when a crack in an instrumental and functional area was noted. My handyman wanted to take it apart and put it back into the box so I could take it back. I said 'no way am I paying you to take it apart throw it into the car as is, I will grab the box.' The store thought twice about giving me trouble on the exchange when they saw the look on my face!

Well who hasn't done or said something they wish they hadn't?
I find things all of the time around my house that I meant to send back and should have sent back ..... but didn't for whatever reason.
My advice would be to stop anguishing over the bike.
You bought it, you kept it (am I understanding this, can you send it back...or not).
I did something similar with that yoga thing about 4 years ago. The thing came in pieces.
I snapped open the ties that held them all together.
I'm not a person who can follow directions. It was before I knew my friend who helps me things would come over. Now I'd call her....but this was BEFORE her.
The thing sat there for probably...maybe even 1 & 1/2 years...just sat in the rec room...in pieces.
Finally, another friend came over and I said, "You want it, you can have it". I never asked her what she did with all of those pipes and pieces. Never wanted to think about it after I got rid of it.
So, just move on. If you can send it back, put it in a huge box whatever you can get apart and box it up. FedEx or UPS people do that in their shops. I know one of them does because I sent a lot of appliances and things to my daughter in Denver. My friend took them to one of those and they boxed it up (wasn't cheap) but was done right. They mailed it out to daughter in Denver.
I wouldn't do that if I were you. Here's another example. I have a wreath I bought on QVC and it was so bad everyone thought it was fake (no smell).
I called QVC and they said to send it back. They sent me a return label and it went back.
Just do your best to get it into the boxes or keep it.
Most importantly, please stop worrying about it. The damage you are doing to your psyche just isn't worth it.
Anything you've gained by exercising is going out the window because of the damage you're doing by worrying so much.
Take care and please let us know what you decide. You seem like a sweet person and I think most of us here know we've "screwed" up one way or another in all of our years too.
God didn't make us perfect. He expects us to ask for help (in your case putting the thing back in the box) Ha! But whatever you decide stop feeling like you're a mess up.
We've all done things like you did. Fondly, Annabelle/Linda

You have every right to be disappointed and very irritated. There's no way I'd invite friends over for a party, although I might ask a close friend if maybe he or she would help you if you need it. I really think this falls back on QVC to give you more support. This is their error and the first suggestion you were given by them is just plain dumb. I doubt you'll ever be happy with the bike, so I'd consider just taking it apart and "dumping it" back in the box. Let CS know that you will not be responsible for paying for their error - but send it back. I learned some time ago to never order anything from QVC that needs to be assembled with more than a couple of parts. Good luck to you!

Is there any way for you to take it apart & stuff it back into the box?
If you can do the free exchange that the Q is always offering and just have your mail carrier pick it up at your front door for you. You'll have to schedule it on USPS.com for "return" items to be picked up.

There is nothing wrong with wanting the color you chose! That's what you should have received. QVC sent the wrong color, so in my view you did not get what you ordered. I'd be really annoyed, too!
And I wouldn't keep it. I'm terrible at getting even small appliances back in a box, and I know how difficult larger items can be. But I would do whatever I could to send it back because it's always going to be a sore point. I know you said you didn't want to bring it to the post office in pieces, but isn't that better than keeping something you described as "ugly"? It's not too late to take it apart and bring the pieces to a UPS Store. They'll package it all up for you. And QVC should pay the shipping back.
They messed up. You shouldn't have to just silently accept (and pay for) something you didn't order. (And the suggestion that was made to you was ridiculous. They really shouldn't be telling customers to invite strangers into their homes. It's not practical, anyway. Delivery people probably aren't permitted to do that, and they're on tight schedules.)
If it's going to make you unhappy every time you look at it, I think you may regret not sending it back. Good luck! Let us know what happens next!
