I bought two sets of Anchor Hocking nesting glass bowls with lids when it was a TS on HSN last year.  They are great and so versatile!  I feel better about storing food in glass rather than plastic.

Gave one to my daughter and she loves it too!

I like rubbermaid 'brillianc' in glass and i do have their BHA free plastic.  i do see a difference in keeping food fresher longer.

and they are made in the USA.

I own so much L & L and love it.

Before Christmas there's usually a set of L & L and the lids are red, green, silver or gold.  Each container comes with a holiday designed bag with handle for gift giving.

Makes a great gift filled with baked goodies or empty. People I give them to love it - quick and easy gift.

Re: Lock n Lock TSV - August 31, 2025

I'm getting a set in Marigold. It's such a happy color! I do have several round Lock n Lock containers. I want to start using the rectangle ones more. I think they would save space on the refridgerator better.

BTW, there was severe flooding in my area 3 weeks ago. I had a lot of non-perishable food stored in our basement in Lock n Lock. The containers were floating in 3 1/2 feet of water. None of the food inside of the containers was wet. Out of an abundance of caution, I still threw out all the food, but that's how good Lock n Lock seals.

Chris Pryme, the beloved former Lock-n-Lock brand rep on QVC, is using her own Instagram account to promote todays LnL TSV.  Nice to see her.

This is a really excellent TSV and a great value.  If I needed more, I would consider it.

I particularly like the larger sizes for non-food storage, but I really don't need the smaller ones.  I buy large LocknLock on free shipping days.

The color selection is terrific and I agree that rectangle is the most versatile shape for storing.

I agree! With all the concerns with microplastics there's no way I'd put food in them!

Re: Lock n Lock TSV - August 31, 2025

As others before me have stated, I am not interested in plastic storage containers.  I have eliminated about 99% of the plastics in my kitchen.  Aside from storage bags (which I use on rare occasion), and cake travel caddies, there is no plastic in my kitchen.
