ITA agree with all the above comments.  She is a pure joy to watch.  It is so refreshing to see an adult actually acting like one.

I couldn't agree more.  She is so calm and pleasant to watch and gives pertinent information on what is being presented.

She's great hosting alone, but I think her ego gets in the way when co-hosting. It's as though her claws come out and she doesn't treat the other person well. I'll admit this is just my perception and it could very well be that she enjoys sharing air time with other hosts.

I recall, many moons ago, when Oprah's daytime show was on...there was something that was on where QVC was highlighted, and Jayne was the rep chosen to speak to the QVC related segment. I forget what it was. But I clearly recall Jayne being the QVC spokes-person, from the audience...she was well-spoken, professional and confident then also. I remember thinking "good choice" to send her to the Oprah show.

Anyone else recall that too?

Yes, I remember that show and Jayne being in the audience. I remember being very impressed with Jayne's calm, likeable personality and her beautiful smile.  Leah and Jayne are two of my favorites.

Hmmm
Maybe she’s just trying to get the other host to maintain a sense of normalcy and professionalism. Her and Leah are my favorites!!

@AuntG

I have not seen Jayne Brown host a show in years, but I will NEVER forget how she treated Pat when she was going through her very public marital problems/divorce. Pat was very fragile and Jayne took advantage of that fragility by bullying her.

I have a hard time letting things go.😄

As many have already said and I certainly agree, Jane is a professional and does her job very well.

I watched Jayne and Pat together and separately too for many years and just never saw what some saw as bullying. Maybe I just wasn't interpreting things the same.

I'm not saying at all that people didn't see or feel that just that I never did.

I also have always read that they were good friends. I thought they always had great chemistry together.

I like her now that she is by herself.  When she was with Pat in the mornings, it got a little too goofy for me.  Pat is better by herself, too.  I remember there being a lot of criticism on the boards about their interactions.

Yeah I probably would remember something like that too. That was before my time though. But it’s kinda ironic now since Pat and her are true Best Friends.
