Is it true HALO BOLT's only have

I ordered 3 TSVs, reviews from other halos stated that they only come with 90 90-day warranty. And that the shows do not mention nor the webpages.

If this is the case, I'm sending the three back I just ordered. I have seven others that I've ordered in the past year and a half for my children, my husband, and myself, and an extra for the house. That's a lot of money lost if they stop working, two already have they will only work if they've been brought in from the cold to warm up in the house and one in the summer was too hot from being in the car and that didn't work after we brought that one in for a few hours then it worked.

I had no idea.  I was thinking they were warranted for 2 to 3 years. I have no idea where I got that from, but after reading the reviews, I'm stunned.

@skittles2  The warranty should be w/the paperwork that comes w/it.  If not, check Halo's website.

Call Halo & ask them.

I have several Halo's from prior years.  The instructions from mine clearly warned against the excess hold or heat.  Not sure if that would negate or reduce the warranty.  I no longer have the booklets that came with mine, as I've passed them on the relatives over the years.

@skittles2  If you download the manual, it states that the Halo has 90 day warranty.

@elated@skittles2. I'd be very surprised if a device like that had more than a 90 day warranty.  Things just don't have generous guarantees like they used to have

I have a Halo Bolt that I bought over a year ago.  I've used it numerous times to start the lawn mower and it's still working just fine.  I keep it in the house, in the bag and box it came in.

I wouldn't expect anything like this to have a 2 - 3 year warranty.  A year maybe, but 90 days isn't all that uncommon now.

@ everyone

I must have passionate love thrown out my info. Everything you've said and the manual are a big help!  I love Halo; it has helped at least half my family. The other half has not had a battery problem yet, but most everyone eventually does.

That's why I made sure all six of the kids had one, as do my husband and I. And one that stays in the house as a spare.

Whoops!

In my previous thank you post, I was in the midst of speaking my text when the presentation with fire light with Michelle Lau and Jane began.  Jane was describing her passion for fire light, especially the diamond studs being shown.

My speech to text program recorded Jane as I was speaking.😲🤣

The Rep said something on air abt watching how many volts an item is that you are trying to power to prevent damage to the Halo. She was talking abt the new nes have a red light or something  warns you that a coffee pot or electric heater is  more volts than the  Halo can safely  handle
