IMHO I think people should state their age bracket because I think this Illumination foundation probably looks great on younger people and not on those of us in the older age bracket as shimmer and glow usually accentuates pores and wrinkles.
Just my opinion. It doesn't help when people say they love or hate a makeup when I don't know their age.

I preordered and have received and love it! I find the cc illumination a perfect shade match and skin enhancing. I don't find it glittery, I set with poweder. Always receive compliments when wearing! This is a great it value!
So, you just use a finishing powder and don't find it too shiny or glittery>? Thanks!

No matter how much wanted superhero mascara to work! Flakes every single time. Under my eyes hot mess. Very pleased with Hello Lashes, Though there was a learning curve. You can always try TSV! Doesn't work return.

Value not only about cost factor. I use and love Celebration powder the original version. Tried Super Hero Mascara, Awful! Much prefer Hello Lashes never flakes my lashes look long and full. Enjoy several IT products. CC illuminating isn't for me. Best regards!I ordered the TSV today and since you mentioned the mascara that is just what I was wondering about when I ordered. I was looking forward to the mascara. Can you please tell me more about it, as the lashes of course look so pretty, but I have noticed they use the same couple of models when any company advertises their mascara, so I was wondering do they just have great lashes anyway.
Thanks for taking the time to help.

It cosmetics was bought by L'oreal.
The products are imported. Some from Korea.
I do not buy her products anymore. Not the same.

Thanks, everyone for all of the great responses! All very good points! I think Jamie seems a lovely person she always looks so pretty. Of course, knowing how to apply the products is probably 90% of the solution! I passed on this TSV because I don't really enjoy a shiny complexion. I need to have some coverage since I do have mild rosacea and some broken caps but don't want something real heavy, nor something which will accentuate the few fine lines which I have.
I think I probably will purchase one of her products some time but I have to try and figure out which one might be suitable for my almost 65 year old skin!

The midnight presentation kicking off the TSV was with Sandra Bennett who claimed to be wearing the kit and she looked a b s o l u t e l y s t u n n i n g ! She is a beautiful girl but her makeup looked exceptionally gorgeous that evening. Maybe it was the red dress???

Thanks for the info. I did not know that. Do you know how long ago that was? Just curious. I did buy the TSV just last week, have only applied it once, will have to get use to coverage with a brush. I have been using the eye concealer which I think is fabulous, but it is very thick like stage make-up, so only use just a dab on or underneath the eyes. The C.C. make-up seems to go on thick, but that really expensive brush seems to thin it out as you put it on. I have always used my fingers, so I will have to work with this, but I really think I will like it. The cleansing cream is a 10+. Absolutely melts everything off. Great!

I don't understand getting an illiminating foundation and then matting it down with bye bye pores powder.

I use the bye bye powder very lightly to set the cc. I wouldn't want to eliminate the illuminating features or make the cc into a matte finish. I buy it because I prefer the illumination version on my skin. I think it's beautiful and have never received more compliments on my skin since I started wearing it.
