We use the 'sonic type' toothbrushes (Cybersonic is my choice), so I would imagine that would be a very nice gift if you knew somebody who would like to have one.

Now, if it's one of those ones you get for free at the dentist every time you go I would say that's not a very thoughtful gift.

In my opinion, only good if someone request a toothbrush for Christmas or you know the person well enough to know they would not be offended.

I am also one to give new toothbrushes in Christmas stockings and Easter Baskets. However I purchased these to have when my granddaughters have an impromptu sleepover here or I sleep over with them.

At my old age I would be happy with a sonic tooth brush. At least the giver thinks I have all my teeth. Lol

My granddaughters will get sonic toothbrushes in their make up bag gifts along with lip gloss and mascara.

I'm putting one of these sonic travel toothbrushes in my daughter's Christmas stocking.  Didn't  buy it from QVC...their price is very good, if you want four of them.
