@AuntMame I bought this brand from Amazon and highly recommend! I bought hand towels and wash cloths. This brand also has bath towels, of course. They are Turkish cotton, which is what I prefer. They are still just as soft as when I bought them and have shrunk only a tiny, tiny amount.
I bought white and I also bought green. Because I wash my towels in hot water and dry on high heat, the green has faded. I expected this so was not disappointed when it happened. Just an FYI in case you decide to try them; I did wash them before use, and I don't remember there being an unusual amount of lint in the lint trap.
@Ainhisg Those looks great! Thank you so much for the recommendation! I added them to my Amazon shopping list.
@AuntMame I have a lot of old towels that were from Macys. I bet 10-15 years old and they still look very nice and wash well. They were the best towels I ever bought. I don't know if they are same quality today but they were charter club towels.
@lynnie61 Macy's Charter Club products have always been good values. There's a Macy's near my house and I'll take a look at their towels.
Years ago my mother-in-law sent us something wrapped in a bath towel (a picture?). When I offered to give it back to her she scoffed that it was just an old towel from Walmart and to keep it. That was probably about 16-17 years ago and we've been using it ever since. It's still the nicest towel we have. Nicer even the Lands End ones.
Have any of you ladies ever shopped at Ollie's? It's a B&M, no website, but they have the best towels. All kinds of brand names since they buy close outs. Big thick bath sheets for as low as $7.99. I always check there first.
I haven't heard anything about the My Pillow guy. I sleep on My Pillow. I rarely ( never) read internet news.
@Midmod Where have you been! He was all over the regular news. I never get my news from the internet. Hope you don't have nightmares!
The My Pillow guy is in deep financial trouble. His company has been evicted from its Minnesota warehouse for non-payment. DHL is suing him for nearly $1M for unpaid bills. He took out a loan from a loan-shark with a 400 percent interest rate to attempt to pay his bills and other judgements against him. eye-yi-yi.

Doesn't he have some extremely wealthy friends to help him? He sure went the distance for them.
