Hi, It was in the QVC insider.  It is a warmer with 2 different decorative sleeves that you can change for the season.  It also comes with 12 "gelables" for melting.

I just returned mine.  I am spoiled by Gold Canyon warmers that offer 4, 6, 8 & 12 timer functions.  I have to have timers.
