I'm disappointed the HP TSV insides are done in silver except for the plum. I really wanted the white HP until I realized the other colors were done with generic silver inside. Oh well maybe next time.

IMHO,  I would not purchase any electronics from QVC.  They sell outdated products at outrageous prices with useless extras to try to justify their prices..  You might want to purchase directly from HP.

I agree, the Q electronics are left over stock that the manufacturer wants to unload in order to bring out the newer models .

Take the advice from the posters before me....

 

ALL computers are obsolete the second they come off the assembly line.....

 

You can do just as well, if not better, at a HP store or even Amazon...

 

And for what it's worth...the processor ( you can look them up to see how they are rated....use Google)....and the storage are the important things to consider....

 

Also the screen resolution. Many times the don't even mention it....but you want to get hte best resolution you can....and a lot of what they sell don't offer that . 

 

Color is nice, but that doesn't run the computer!!!!

 

You can do just as well at Walmart.

Thank you all! I will reconsider where I look for a new laptop! I still want all white though😊
