Question: I have a Chrome Book. How is this different or better?

Wish they would stop having QVC Hosts on with the  HP Tech person.  How annoying when you are trying to get all the information on the computer as possible and the host keeps interrupting with things that don't have anything to do with the computer.  That goes for all the tech items.  They are not selecting the right host.

Yes, they keep going on and on about the colors. I want to know what I'm buying. I can see the colors myself.

It is always a laugh to see what they add to come up with the 'if purchased separately' value.  This time it looks like Smart Friends with Bigger Brains.

I'm not tech savvy, is this a good laptop? Also I think the answer is yes, do I need to purchase a anti virus plan like Norton?

@Jordan2 it's very basic but yes you will need some kind of anti-virus product. Also, it doesn't come with any Microsoft products.  Overall it's a nice easy-to-use home laptop. Nothing fancy at all.

They state that it comes with MS365, personal, one year subscription.

Chrome Books run on a different operating system then a Microsoft or Mac product.

Totally depends what you do with it.  If you have not found yourself to be restricted or frustrated then you should be fine.
