Stop falling for GIMMICKS.
Some people can't get enough nutrition from food alone due to malabsorption issues or some other digestive problem(s). In those instances supplementation is a necessity.
I have terrible malabsorption. No matter how much or what I eat, the nutrients don't get absorbed. I have to take vitamins, minerals and all sorts of other supps to maintain a normal weight and get enough nutrients from it. I can't just "Eat real food" and stay healthy.

There are also a good number of people in the population who don't know how to eat right. That sector of the population could benefit from supplementation rather than education. Lots of people are not open to change their ways of eating no matter what they are taught to eat or not to eat.

I just have a hard time believing the human body needs the amount of veggies all these people claim, so much that one really couldn't eat per day even if you were specifically trying to eat a healthy diet. I'm not just talking about Gundry, but others too like the ones also sold on TV.
