Just another gadget to keep track of something. I just don't get why one would need this.

And for a free spirit like me, this is just another obstacle to my freedom. But, for those who are really into beating their own numbers, this device is perfect. Enjoy!!!

I had the Fitbit Force and loved it. Got the bad rash that caused the recall. Got the Flex and don't wear it. It just doesn't seem to be that helpful. The Force was so much better with the wrist display. This TSV price makes me wonder if they're now close to releasing the replacement for the Force and maybe they are tying to unload all the Flexes. Anyone know how long ahead of time these TSV products are scheduled?

I wondered about that too. The last update to the Flex was about a year ago and you know the Q rarely gets first crack at the newest version of anything. I was going to order the Flex but am sitting it out waiting for the newer iteration of the Force.

I've got a Fitbit One & love it. The One clips to my bra and no one ever sees it. That makes it easy to wear all the time. I don't want everyone in the world to know I am wearing an activity tracker & don't think it would look good with everything I wear on every occasion. Many love the bracelet style & find it works great for them.

There are a few other threads going about Fitbit and the experiences those of us who already have one. Like everything else, you can use it however you want. Most of us use Fitbit to track and improve our activity & fitness level.

I've had the FitBit Zip since April. Love it! Mine stays invisible hooked to my bra which I like. I find it super motivating and easy to track food.

I bought the Flex when it first came out over a year ago. I wore it for a day or two. I returned it and got the Zip instead. I have small wrists and found the Flex to be bulky and uncomfortable to wear. The Q's price is no great deal. You can get them at Target and Best Buy,

Actually QVC's price is comparable. FitBit at Best Buy is $97.99 and Target charges $99.99. Target does have free shipping. Didn't check if that is the case at Best Buy. Plus you only get one band for that price. So Q's price is about that same after you factor in shipping.

You know... Best Buy carries Fitbit & they do price matching. If they had the same package I'll bet they would match the price - but I am pretty sure this one with the 3 bands is available at QVC only.

I absolutely love my Fitbit - I started a couple of years ago with the One, and then bought the Flex. I prefer the Flex, although I wish it had a longer battery life. I can't imagine not having a Fitbit. The QVC price isn't that special - I used a Brookstone Groupon to get $25 off the price when I bought mine.

I've had my fitbit flex for over a year and really love it. As another poster stated, it isn't going to track everything but for me it's what I need. I want to walk more and meet my goals daily. This is to help me keep going at least until I reach the goal. The sleep monitoring is interesting to know as well. Again, it may not be perfect but you can see patterns over time.

Another big plus with fitbit as opposed to a simple pedometer is the social aspect. I know not everyone is into that but I have a sister and friends using fitbits and we can see each other's progress, send messages and encouragement, etc. Of course you must access the free app on a computer, tablet, smartphone, in order to see that information but if you have the application it's more fun!

I found that when I had a smartphone that would not show live updates it was NOT as helpful. I wanted to see my progress just like my sister could see it on her iPhone! I had an older android that didn't show live information. I now have a Samsung S5 and can watch my progress on my phone while I'm out and about.

BTW, yes, my S5 has a fitness app built in. But I have to turn it on. And I have to keep the phone on my person. Do you all carry your phone constantly? I set mine down a lot when I'm at home and I would miss all the steps I take in the house throughout the day. The flex is always on my wrist Smiley Wink

I'm not a fan of the TSV price but you do get an extra band. I think all these flex devices come with two bands, S and L, but this one comes with the additional band in a different color. That's an advantage and I think it's worth about $10 or more.

For those of you who are worried about the look of the band, I see some third-parties are coming up with jewelry-type bracelets to hold the fitbit device. That will probably become more common and more fun Smiley Wink
